HOW CAN WE HAVE VOTER REFORM WITHOUT A FEDERAL INVESTIGATION OF VOTERTHEFT?

1. 20 out of 67 Florida counties have not, to this day, done the mandatory machine recount. 1,800,000 Florida votes involved.

2. GOP illegally tampering with absentee ballots in Seminole and Martin counties may now be involved on a massive level throughout North Fl They were manipulated from Alachua County , especially regarding Clay and Hendry counties.

3. Att. General Butterworth had done nothing about 2500+ voter fraud complaints.

4. Dem. Party collected affidavits of 30,000 voter fraud complaints, and locked them away, and no investigation.

5. Out of 40,000 votes cast in Hamilton County, 50% did not vote for President, and this isnt possible.

6. Gadsden County had nearly 13% voters disenfranchised. A huge black vote thown out. Duval County had 24,000 overvotes among 75,000 evidence they could have been double punched on purpose to disenfranchise voters, among the 200,000 thrown out.

7. How did Bill Nelson defeat Bill McCullom by 285,000 votes, and these folks didnt back Gore for President? Not possible.

8. Orlando Sentinel finds over 300 new Gore votes; Volusia county machines give huge votes to 3rd party candidates, while student votes from two predominately black colleges are dismissed.

9. Road blocks from FHP to stop black voting in Leon and Broward counties; 4000 non-felon voters treated as felons, manipulated by Bush campaign in Texas, and not allowed to vote, while 2000 illegals are allowed to vote.

10. Broward countys hand count was the standard Katherine Harris accepted and U.S. Supreme Ct. demanded, and when applied in Palm Beach County, Gore wins there and enough for the state and national/election.Palm Beach, where the Butterfly ballot cost Gore 6000 votes and where democratic vote recounters took off for Thanksgiving so their 400 votes for Gore wouldnt be accepted by Katherine Harris arbitrary deadline.

11. In Miami-Dade only 10% of vote counted which gives Gore 153 votes; while 13 out of 20 voting machines broken before election in 2 black precincts. That Hispanic vote the mob raised isue with, was from the Puerto Rican, not Cuban, community that was voting for Gore. Then in searching through 1700 ballots which were misaligned, Gore gets 316 more votes. Then there is the Miami Herald claiming in Dec. Gore would win by 23,000 votes if everything was counted only to politically backtrack on 2 occasions calling counts for Bush, and then having to retract when called for purposely misrepresenting this issue.

12. Republicans manipulated military overseas ballots by getting email addresses of soldiers from the Pentagon and getting those soldiers to vote past the legal date for acceptance. Local county elections supervisors were then pressured to accept those ballots.

13. Jeb Bush claimed to have recused himself during the recount period. It has since been discovered that his office made 95 calls to the Bush/Cheny Presidential campaign during that time period.

14. Katherine Harris allowed her state office and computers to be used by Republican operatives as a "war room" during the recount period.

15. Government workers, employed by Senator Tom Delay, sent to Miami-Dade (on taxpayer dollars) to intimidate the Miami-Dade county elections board from doing a legal hand recount.

Given all the above, which is only a partial list, loyal Democrats and Americans understand the need for a Federal investigation from the Justice Dept., which cant be handled alone by the U. S. Commission on Civil Rights.

Is it any wonder that in USA Today on 4/25/0 29% of Americans see Bush getting in on a technicality, many consider a coup de etat. Also, 19% say that Bush openly Stole the Election Oral Majority knows first hand in all of our demonstrations that the majority of Americans feel as we do that Gore won Florida and that thiselection was indeed stolen. Why then is the Democratic leadership treating the American people and Florida voters with such utter contempt? Why is the nation blaming us for the loss, as if were all a bunch of idiots and that 3600 Holocaust survivors would do with Buchanan getting their vote?

On January 6th, 2001 50 Democratic Senators refused to support the Black Caucus desire to reveal much of the above for the public record. They hada chance to stand up for American and chose instead to share power with this corrupt and illegitimate government on a blitzkrieg to dismantle our country. Would China have tested Bush if he were legitimate? And how come none of our allies showed up either? For the same reasons? And now with threatening global warming and an arms race to satisfy Wall st. that took a nosedive based on fear from this election fraud.

The Democratic leadership has completely misread this and why we are in such trouble. The only voter reform we want is a FEDERAL INVESTIGATION OF THIS STOLEN ELECTION and the willingness to impeach the Supreme Court. Then well talk about other reforms to take back both our country and our party that has so dishonored our sacred right to vote.
