Jeb Bush's 'police state' in Florida is replacing the 'PARTY' WITH THE 'PARANOIA' AND KUNST WILL STOP IT.

We are the gateway to the world, and you are welcome here, just respect those who live and love paradise, respect the natives, residents and visitors alike. Don't litter, pollute, destroy or hurt anyone.

1. The Issue is TAXATION WITH REPRESENTATION, which means an end to treating folks as second-class, regardless if they are Gays, Bisexual, Heterosexual, married, single or whatever combination is out there. Kunst supports everyone's rights: Gay Rights, ERA and whatever is available for any group to be made available for everyone else. No one is above the law. No special rights for the Right Wing Fanatics out there. Kunst supports the U.S. Constitution and Florida Constitution, of which he has led two Amendment Campaigns into victory for the people of Florida.

In 1980 Kunst led passage of the "Privacy Rights Constitutional Amendment", the most radical in the nation. It was the third election against Anita Bryant and Jerry Fawell in Miami-Dade and also statewide with this Amendment which passed 1,720,000 to l,120,000 . Kunst also led passage of Statewide "Declaration of Rights" Constitutional Amendment, which passed in 1998 with 2,500,000 votes.

For those that want to get married, Kunst supports it. For those who want 'domestic partnership' protections, Kunst supports it. Anita Bryant used the Gay Issue to stop passage of ERA with Florida as the pivotal state. Kunst wishes to re-introduce ERA and protections for Women in this election. Kunst is a proud feminist.

2. If you give permission as a consenting adult, to have any experience, it's your business and not the state's business. If you don't give or have permission, that's rape and what we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. It's your body, your mind and your choice, so enjoy your fantasies. Kunst is pro-choice. 3. Kunst supports a separation of Church and State.

4. We need our limited monies and police agencies focused on REAL CRIMINALS, not prosecuting people's private lives or sex lives. It is none of their business in the first place.

5. Legalize Marijuana and medical marijuana. End this phony and wasteful 'drug war' that is only putting a lot of money in the pockets of the politicians and some crooked judges, police, attorneys, etc. Let's tax it and reduce the penalties for the other drugs as well, as has been done in the Netherlands and Switzerland. We also need to have extensive drug treatment facilities and an education program that mean something besides "Just Saying NO," which has been a disaster.

In 1982, Kunst ran against then Gov. Bob Graham, who wanted to spray Paraquat Poison on Marijuana plants in the Panhandle. On a $5000 budget we stopped this madness and got 75,000 to vote for Kunst in the Primary. 'YOU DON'T KILL PEOPLE TO REGULATE THEIR BEHAVIOR', said Kunst who embarrassed Graham statewide until it stopped.

When Kunst was director of Cure Aids Now, which fed 2000 Aids clients from 1986 to 1990, he was urging his clients to use marijuana to increase their appetites to stop the wasting from all the toxic drugs the clients were taking. Kunst rejects the U.S. Supreme Court, which recently said that medical marijuana was a 'no, no,' which voters in 9 states have already supported. When people are hurting and they need this to reduce the suffering, it is only a sadist that would want people to suffer more under this phony drug war. Real drugs like alcohol and tobacco are also the real problem, besides a nation taking prescription drugs like it was no tomorrow. Let's tax this market and apply it to the many needs we have in this state to keep folks alive, while meeting the needs of our beloved Florida.Let's end the denial of how many billions come through Florida ports and airfields, with connections to the cartels in South America.

6. Kunst wants an end to racial profiling, age profiling, ethnic profiling, sexual profiling etc. What we need is a policy of FREEDOM FROM FEAR!

7.. ENFORCE GOVERNMENT IN THE SUNSHINE, and all violators prosecuted and jailed.

8. Make Florida the multi- Cultural Capitol and Party Capitol of the World. We have 180 ethnic groups who live here, let alone come for their enjoyment. We need to encourage this year-round approach to helping people to get to know each other. Kunst has participated in 42 Trinidad-style Carnivals in 12 cities including 11 times in Trinidad, and as a 'mas' player in costume. It is an ANSWER in bringing folks together and also a huge money-maker for the communities that do it. Florida needs to nurture all of these types of events, which will bring in tourists revenues and ease the burden on Floridians.

9. FREEDOM FLORIDA is Kunst's goal to make Florida the FREEDOM CAPITAL of the World. NO SPY CAMERAS in Tampa or anywhere else. No 'Big Brother' attacks upon the citizens of Florida.
