Besides Stealing this Election, Jeb Bush's policy is to sell Florida to the Highest Bidder, to rape and pillage our Paradise with the goal of having 30 million living here, when 16 millions at present can't cope with lack of water, diminished open space, and uncontrolled growth. It is a public be damned attitude.
Kunst is opposed to:
1. Citrus Eradication Program in South Florida, with its 'search and seizure' violations of the U.S. Constitutional and Florida Constitutional Privacy Rights. The Dept. of Agriculture is not above the law, yet caters only to the special interest citrus groves, that are determined to destroy all citrus they do not control. They have already demolished over 2 million trees in South Florida without any scientific research to back it. We've had canker since 1910, and this same gang has already destroyed over 20 million trees in the 1980s. This rape and pillage and invasion into our private properties has ignored state law, public hearings, legislative reviews, and is doing the cutting while appeals are pending. This process has been unlawful and devastating to our very soul of what citrus means to each and everyone one of us.
I personally have had 3 run-ins, on trying to save my citrus lemon tree on Miami Beach. This is Jeb Bush's project to pay back South Florida, which voted for Gore. This is Agriculture Commissioner Bob Crawford's outrage, who has since left his position after validating George W. Bush in Florida and gone on to being Director of Citrus. We must protest the Dept. of Agriculture, and boycott citrus if this eradication falsehood doesn't stop immediately, which is a direct attack upon the people of South Florida. All of Florida will have to pay for these lawsuits, the monies for taking down the trees, and policing, besides what the trees mean to the individual. While 'copper' spraying would spare the trees, DOA isn't interested. It has a 'political' agenda. Since we led the opposition to Anita Bryant and Jerry Falwell and that boycott of citrus cost them hundreds of millions, we are prepared to do it again.

2. Kunst Opposes ENRON Power Plants. ENRON gave Bushit over $700,000 and now wants payback to put in polluting power plants in S. Florida and across the state. It has been stopped in Miami-Dade, delayed in Pompano and passed in Deerfield Beach. ENRON and others now have plans for 57 polluting plants in Florida to accommodate 30million living here. What we need to do is to stop these same companies who scammed California to the tune of $50 billion and want to do the same for us. While we pay for it, they will sell the energy up north and pollute our environment as well. Our answer is we don't need them or want them. Meanwhile, Florida Power and Light keeps polluting with each of its plants all over Florida that must be stopped once and for all. 3. NO Cement Plant At Ichetuckneee River.
4. NO DeSalinization Plants for water in Tampa. We need a full scale plan on the water crisis in Florida, but not De-Sal money-scamming plants. We need to reclaim our waters by making reservoirs and a system to take from one area to another, not to waste the hundreds of millions of gallons daily going into salt water from all over this state. Then there is the salt-water intrusions, based on bad planning, and lack of a halt to uncontrolled growth; bad drainage; septic tank pollution; sugar industry pollution into the Everglades, etc. We need some teeth into the Water Management Regions that don't cater to the developers, but to the people everywhere already suffering from their indifference. Our aquifers are low and poisoned. Our waters can't cope any longer on fishing, swimming, and recreation, let alone for drinking. Yet this onslaught continues unabated by Jeb's gang to cater to the highest bidders, which Kunst will stop. 5. Kunst is for Everglades Restoration, and to stop developers in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and other counties buying and building right to the edge of the Everglades that will have to be bought again, in order to save the Everglades. In other words this is another Jeb bush scam to get more monies for his buddies to soak the taxpayers and delay and endanger further this one of a kind eco-system that must be restored.
6. NO Drilling for oil anywhere in the Gulf of Mexico, near Florida or anywhere in Florida. Kunst opposes all aspects of this fraud on Florida's fragile environment. Again, Jeb sold out on this issue with his 'compromises,' which are another betrayal of Florida.
7. Kunst supports a Kyoto Emissions program in Florida. What George W. Bush rejected to deal with global warming and greenhouse gases, Kunst will implement in Florida in stopping this level of pollution. It means FPL and St. Joe Paper, and all other industries, must control and reduce their polluting across the state.It means setting up a special fund to deal with pollution from cars, buses and trucks for those unable to pay, and replacing these vehicles from those who can pay. It means cleaning up the stench from the waste dumps across the state.
8. Kunst will revise and review all aspects of cleaning up our pristine environments, rivers, lakes, streams and runoff into the oceans, while preserving all existing areas with access to the beaches.
9. Kunst will support a massive Purchase Development Rights program to buy all existing pristine and public lands for wide-open spaces, for wildlife preserves and for the future of a non-developed Florida.Green, colorful and open space is critical if we are to survive. We must extend all wildlife and pristine areas. Where did all that money go for all those license tags for the Panther, Manatee and Turtles Jeb?
10. Kunst will enforce and encourage all violators and dumpers of pollution on land or in our waters to be fined, jailed and out of business. That includes the cruise ships to clean up their act as well.
1l. Kunst will encourage 'community ownership' of our utilities for power and for water and anything else we need to stop the scamming of our citizens by irresponsible big business.
12. Let's computerize traffic lights that will reduce pollution and manage stress and save time for the commuter.
13. Let's fund 'light-rail' systems, more non-polluting buses, battery-operated vehicles, rapid transit, and new technologies, to reduce the chaos on the highways.
14. Let's re-open all rest areas and parking areas along the highways, and also add new ones for the huge semis that are clogging our cities with many thousands of parking spaces needed. This will help all concerned about more pollution and increased traffic. Why do we need to spend extra millions for all these 'security' folks who do little, but their companies have contributed to Jeb Bush and gang?
15. Kunst supports recycling on every level possible, with all communities, companies and government agencies participating. Perhaps they could fund an industry for employment by the state that pays for itself and meets our environmental needs, that also includes re-educating the public to stop polluting and littering and clean up the whole stinking mess already. That means not dumping into our lakes, rivers, and oceans by any of the boaters.
16. Let's get rid of 'billboard blight' and the ugliness on every highway.
17. Let's do total impact fees on all potential developers to include all of the above and more.
18. Let's clean up the pollution from Sugar, Phosphate and other industries and put the cost of this burden on those industries.
19. We must protect Florida's Heritage in buildings needing restoration.
20. We must protect so much of this Heritage which exists now in many of the ghetto areas that must be revamped, repainted and replanted. Let's provide the jobs and revenues to accomplish all of this.
21. We must establish a commitment to REPLANT PARADISE and redo our Rain Forests, and take every possible space and remake THE REAL FLORIDA, in all of its color and splendor. This is the reason we live here and visit here. Kunst is a native from Miami Beach and knows what has happened to this Paradise.
22. The Beaches must be cleaned up and preserved. Local governments have failed, as well as the State and Feds.
23. Kunst supports making Florida the 'think tank' industry for answers for all of our problems, not just in Florida, but for the world. How can we use technology to better ourselves? What are the new and old energy sources needing to be explored, revamped, revived or put out to pasture?
24. Kunst want's an end to the antibiotics in our chickens and meat, as is happening already in Denmark. We must state to all concerned that this attempt to genetically modify our foods will not be tolerated here in Florida. We will be the 'model' for the nation on these issues. Florida will not be the dumping ground for such efforts from other states and nations.
25. We don't want to be New York or Hong Kong with massive over development everywhere. We want to be FLORIDA. Too many have forgotten why they are here and what we need to protect. Kunst supports an Ombudsperson/agency to oversee this whole aspect of responsible growth. KUNST DOES NOT WANT 30 MILLION FOLKS LIVING HERE, AND WILL NOT SUPPORT THE DEVELOPERS BEHIND JEB BUSH WHO DO!
